Nikolas Aixala

His responsibilities include working directly with Managing Director to evaluate and underwrite prospective acquisitions, while conducting market research on multifamily property sales and unit rents throughout South Florida. Nikolas also supports the development team as an owner’s representative, helping finalize project estimates and contracts while ensuring developments remain on budget.

Prior to joining Legacy Residential Group, Nikolas worked part-time as an intern with the company while completing his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance at the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
