Live Local Workforce Housing Program
Live Local is a housing stability initiative designed to make housing more attainable for long-term Florida residents.
Eligible residents who meet the income requirements may qualify for apartments offered at specially capped rates, helping to ensure more predictable rent and protection from significant increases over time.
This program reflects Legacy Residential Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting its residents and promoting housing stability across the state.
Income Restrictions for each county
To qualify under the Live Local Program, your total household income must fall within the minimum (2X monthly rent) and maximum limits, depending on your unit size and number of occupants:
