Biography
Nayade Alpizar is Chief Financial Officer of Legacy Residential Group. She is responsible for overseeing all areas of accounting including treasury, financing and forecasting, operating and real estate development, planning and analysis, setting controls, audit compliance and partnership reporting.
In addition to her accounting leadership, Nayade works directly with the CEO on strategy, infrastructure management and business continuity. She brings to the Company three decades of financial and operational experience in real estate investments and property management. Prior to joining Legacy Residential Group in 2012, Nayade served as Chief Financial Officer of Biscayne Atlantic, where she assisted the Chief Executive Officer on tactical matters as they relate to operations, budget management, due diligence, acquisition and repositioning of various types of real estate including distressed and underutilized properties, over 1 million square feet of office space, hotels, multi-family apartments, converted condominiums, and timeshares. Nayade holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Florida International University. She ranked first in her class, earning the highest distinction of Summa Cum Laude.
