Biography
Nathan Vedrani has overseen in excess of four billion dollars in commercial and multi-family acquisitions, financing and dispositions for Legacy Residential Group and affiliates over the past 20 years.
In this pivotal role, Mr. Vedrani provides in-depth underwriting services, handles negotiations with lenders, brokers, sellers, buyers and attorneys. Prior experience as a broker for Marcus and Millichap and as a financial analyst for Fidelity Investments affords Mr. Vedrani a keen understanding of both sides of the real estate transaction, enabling him to maximize value for all those involved.
