Biography
Jose Fuertes is the Controller of Legacy Residential Group. He holds a CPA license from the State of California, a Master in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor in Accounting from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
He began his career with the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP in Venezuela, as part of the assurance department. Prior to joining Legacy Residential Group, he was a Senior Accountant at Pacific Urban Residential, a multifamily investment company headquartered in Palo Alto, California. Jose manages the day-to-day accounting, operating, and financial reporting for our residential and commercial portfolio.
