With over 30 years of extensive hands on management experience in the multi-family industry, Gliset Perez has contributed to the development of the team and effectively helped structure and refine our management plan.
Her valuable knowledge of the industry can be attributed to her previous employment at Gannon Management where she held several leadership roles and supported thousands of apartment homes for over 20 years. Gliset leads the multifamily team of Legacy Residential Group which includes overseeing the development of community operations, implementing initiatives and strategies to maximize resident satisfaction, financial performance, and company profits.
